1. Who we are

UniManager is a student-life manager (schedules, grades, attendance, study groups and group chat) developed by Mohamed Hassan. It runs as a web app at unimanager-sy.pages.dev and as an Android app that wraps the same web app.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or any data for advertising. There are no ads and no analytics trackers.

3. Where your data is stored

• On your device — the app is offline-first: your data is kept in local storage so it works without internet.
• Supabase (our database and authentication provider) — synced copies of the data above, protected by row-level security so each user (or group member) can only access their own data.
• Sentry — error reports only, with personal identifiers scrubbed.

4. Sharing

We never sell your data and never share it for marketing. Data is processed only by the service providers needed to run the app: Google (sign-in), Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Sentry (error reporting). Content you post in a group (messages, attachments, shared schedules) is visible to the other members of that group.

5. Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete individual items (tasks, exams, messages…) in the app at any time. To delete your account and all server-side data, email mh6127880@gmail.com from your registered address; deletion is completed within 30 days. Uninstalling the Android app or clearing browser data removes the local copy immediately.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WSS). Server-side access is enforced by database row-level-security policies, so even a compromised client cannot read other users' data. Error reports are scrubbed of emails and tokens before leaving your device.

7. Children

UniManager is intended for university students and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes & contact

UniManager تطبيق لإدارة الحياة الجامعية (الجداول، الدرجات، الحضور، مجموعات الدراسة والمحادثة الجماعية) من تطوير محمد حسن. يعمل كتطبيق ويب على unimanager-sy.pages.dev وكتطبيق أندرويد يغلّف تطبيق الويب نفسه.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

لا نجمع موقعك الدقيق ولا جهات اتصالك ولا معرّفات إعلانية ولا أي بيانات لأغراض الإعلان. لا إعلانات ولا متتبّعات تحليلات في التطبيق.

3. أين تُخزَّن بياناتك

• على جهازك — التطبيق يعمل دون اتصال أولًا: بياناتك محفوظة في التخزين المحلي ليعمل بلا إنترنت.
• Supabase (مزوّد قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة) — نسخ متزامنة من البيانات أعلاه، محمية بسياسات أمان على مستوى الصفوف بحيث لا يصل كل مستخدم (أو عضو مجموعة) إلا إلى بياناته.
• Sentry — تقارير الأخطاء فقط، بعد حذف المعرّفات الشخصية.

4. المشاركة

لا نبيع بياناتك أبدًا ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. تُعالَج البيانات فقط لدى مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيل التطبيق: Google (تسجيل الدخول)، Supabase (قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة وتخزين الملفات)، وSentry (تقارير الأخطاء). ما تنشره في مجموعة (رسائل، مرفقات، جداول مشتركة) يكون مرئيًا لبقية أعضاء تلك المجموعة.

5. الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطًا. يمكنك حذف أي عنصر (مهمة، امتحان، رسالة…) من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت. لحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك من الخوادم، راسلنا على mh6127880@gmail.com من بريدك المسجَّل، ويكتمل الحذف خلال 30 يومًا. إزالة تطبيق أندرويد أو مسح بيانات المتصفح يحذف النسخة المحلية فورًا.

6. الأمان

كل الاتصالات مشفّرة أثناء النقل (HTTPS/WSS). الوصول إلى الخوادم تفرضه سياسات أمان على مستوى صفوف قاعدة البيانات، فحتى عميل مخترَق لا يمكنه قراءة بيانات مستخدمين آخرين. تقارير الأخطاء تُنقَّى من عناوين البريد والرموز قبل مغادرة جهازك.

7. الأطفال

UniManager موجَّه لطلاب الجامعات وليس للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عن قصد.

8. التغييرات والتواصل
